Happy Birthday to you!!
Up early this morning so Logan can open all his presents before Chris goes to work. He has been counting down the days till his birthday. Nanny and Poppy and Granny and Pa have all sent him presents so he certainly hasn't missed out.
For the last couple of weeks he has wanted me to make him a "lego" cake for his birthday - which I thought "that should be really easy" - but then on the day of his birthday he decided to change his mind - he now wanted a cowboy and indian cake. Luckily I hadn't started yet - so scrap the first plan and come up and idea for a new cake. I had planned it so that when Chris came home from work we would rush off to the post office and pick up his presents from the grandparents come home, open them and then have cake.
As usual my mum went overboard with the presents - I keep telling her that we live in a van with limited space - but she doesn't seem to listen! What came at the post office was a big, big box full of presents - even a few things for Jack and Lexie.
